HOW TO GET TO THE GALLERY SUITES

FROM BIRMINGHAM INTERNATIONAL STATION & BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT

The Shuttle Bus runs from the Airport to the station Concourse. Take the Bridge Link from the station to the NEC following the signs. The escalator or lift at the end of the Bridge Link will take you down to the main Piazza in the NEC. Go straight ahead following signs to Halls 6-12, Atrium and Gallery. Turn right, opposite Hall 3A is the entrance to the Link to the Atrium Gallery and Concourse. Take the moving walkway to the Gallery. Follow the corridor past the escalator round to the left, entrance into the Gallery. The walk will take about 5-10 minutes.

DIRECTIONS TO THE GALLERY SUITES BY ROAD

Approach Birmingham and aim for J6 on the M42. The NEC is well-signed. Once you are in the NEC grounds there will be signs labelled "S2C2 Conference" directing you to the appropriate car park. (Alternatively, follow signs for Atrium and Halls 6-12 to the North Car Park.) Walk to the Atrium Main Entrance opposite Hall 8. Take the stairs or lift on your right one floor up to the Gallery Level.

ACCESS FOR VISITORS WITH A DISABILITY

All parts of the building are accessible to wheelchairs using ramps and lifts. For orange badge holders, free parking is available at or near main entrances. Manual and electric wheelchairs are available for hire. There is a staffed Medical Centre on site. For detailed information contact 0121 780 4141 ext 3888

ACCOMMODATION

There is one hotel on site, and many others within a few miles of the NEC.
